Twenty five years of structural design experience with an emphasis in precast and pre-stressed concrete. He has been involved with planning and design of numerous structures using cast-in-place concrete, steel, masonry, and timber. As an active member of National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying, he develops examination questions and set the standards for the industry’s young member to become registered engineers.
