Beta is located in the heart of Denver’s trendy LoDo neighborhood and an integral part of the city’s nightlife scene. This circa-1900 building was once a manufacturing facility but has since been transformed into a hip nightclub. The structure of the building included load-bearing exterior brick masonry combined with steel framing which made for an interesting, yet challenging remodel. This included suspending a new lighting system from the ceiling, cutting holes in the existing floor structure, and installation of a new catwalk for the DJ booth that was suspended on existing columns.
