Located in Denver proper, this project reflects a two-story addition that added a new kitchen, dining room, mudroom, master bedroom, and covered outdoor space to enhance this three-bedroom, three-bathroom historic home with approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of additional living space. Special design specs and detail were employed to avoid placing an additional load on the existing structure and foundation. Structurally, this addition is wood framed with a spread footing foundation.
