These facilities are scattered throughout the country and boast nearly 1 million square feet of freezer/refrigerator storage space for clients such as Millard Refrigerated Services, Foods of America and U.S. Foods. The structures are insulated and feature sandwich-panel walls with steel-framed roofs and mezzanines. Given the heavy forklift traffic that takes place in these buildings, rigid concrete floors were installed accordingly. Additionally, all buildings have loading docks to serve related activities.
