As a 101-unit, four-story building, this structure includes an underground garage and 8000 square feet of amenities. From a design perspective, the building was constructed using a single level, elevated post-tension concrete slab-above-grade system. This floor system was thickened to eliminate soffit steps at the decks and reducing the overall construction costs. Each unit offers either one or two bedrooms and includes a balcony. To help eliminate interior bearing walls in these units, the floor joists were installed running from the exterior to corridor instead of side to side.
