Eagle's Nest Village Retail Center features unique restaurants, retail shops, and office space. Constructed in 2008 and sitting on approximately 6.5 acres, this multi-phased project ties together myriad facets including access lanes, storm sewer, water main, and commercial use in addition to a 33,000 square-foot building occupying 1.5 acres. The extra-long building needed to fit the numerous retail spaces which required the use of multiple expansion joints and special attention to minimize their impact and maintain efficiency. A unique parapet that mimics the peaks and valleys of the nearby mountain range required additional specialized steel detailing.
