Located in RINO District, this project reflects a three-story (plus mezzanine) mixed-use building approximately 19,000 square feet in size. The structure features a spread footing foundation below two levels of elevated post-tension concrete floors. Above that, the mezzanine, roof top patios, and roof consist of two levels of light-gauge metal-framed walls and floors.
