This unique project involved converting an old, tired warehouse into brand-new office space: including a new 3,300 square-foot mezzanine. The in-fill framing created a two story space with both steel braced frame and steel moment frames for the lateral system which allowed for an open concept work space. Additional construction required the strengthening of existing roof members to support new rooftop mechanical equipment.
