A seven-story, affordable mixed-use building located in Downtown Denver, this project reflects approximately 140,000 square feet that features residential units, commercial space, and varied amenities including athletic training facilities, a community room, laundry space, and a media center. Constructed using cast-in-place post-tension concrete floors allowed for a thinner floor system as compared to a mild reinforced slab reducing concrete while also allowing for a flexible column layout. Use of a screw pile foundation system meant a faster install time over standard drilled piers. The building offers residents 75 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The structure also accommodates 10,200 square feet of commercial space and 145 parking spaces located on three separate levels facilitated by the use of a flexible column layout.
