Travis developed his passion for organized and well-coordinated projects as president of his own firm before merging with ESS. His broad body of project management experience encompasses design-build, mixed-use, multi-family, retail, educational, office, and industrial projects. His creativity and resourcefulness were honed while designing structures for the National Science Foundation in Antarctica. This breadth of experience underpins his current role as leader of multi-discipline design teams and ESS’s in-house design efforts.
