Thoughtfully structural design that captures independent, assisted, and memory care senior housing. The building provides practical features that enable a liberated and active lifestyle. With a gourmet kitchen, cafes at every level, and an impressive front entry porte-cochere, the luxurious apartments afford residents the ability to engage in activities they truly enjoy and feature studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments with capacity for 137 residents. They are efficiently framed with light framed wood construction and open web floor joists, all sitting on a post-tensioned slab on grade foundation. The size of this structure required the use of a number of expansion joints requiring close coordination with architecture.
