Built in 2017, Alexan Cherry Creek represents state-of-the-art style in gorgeous studio, one and two-bedroom apartment homes that span a total of eight stories and 173,443 square feet. T metro Denver building features Prescient's light-gauge framing system that is in fact employed for nearly a dozen completed projects in the city. This premanufactured system allows for fast and simple installation reminiscent of an erector set. Building design includes both extended and recessed balconies—easily incorporated within the Prescient system—a resort-style pool, and a distinct top-floor profile with an extended roofline and floor-to-ceiling windows.
