Comprised of approximately 34,000 square feet of space within three separate buildings in the Denver suburbs, the Alton Way Office Village is situated just north of Dry Creek Road and West of I-25 in Centennial, CO. Individual units range from 1,650 square feet to an entire building (or multiple buildings), each containing approximately 10,000 square feet. The buildings consist of steel frame construction utilizing metal decks and bar joists, and the office condo development caters to diverse professional business needs. Due to highly expansive soils in the area and to avoid a large amount of over excavation, structural floors were installed on the first floor.
