Formerly home to Hewlett Packard’s Northern Colorado group, these two office buildings are three stories tall with a combined total of over 300,000 square feet. The structural system was built around a raised platform floor system specifically designed to conceal cables—a key component of technology company operations—under foot. The structure itself is comprised of precast concrete elements and drilled pier foundations. Additionally, a number of vibration sensitive components required special consideration in our design.
